General Assembly:
It is the highest organ of the Cooperative, composed of all registered members who maintain their membership. The General Assembly is convened by the Board of Directors at a regular meeting once a year and whenever there is an extraordinary special issue.

Board of Directors:
Administers the Association in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives and the statutes and has five members. Its is elected by the General Assembly for a term of four(4) years.

Audit Committee:
It is elected by the General Assembly, and has three members, whose term lasts for four (4) years and supervises the execution of lawful duties of the Board.

The customer-service operations of the cooperative is done by a regular employee who is a specialized Agronomist (university graduate) and seasonal employees on occasion.
